Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee without regard to principles of conflict of laws. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is specifically disclaimed and does not govern or apply to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
