End User License Agreement

Please read this End User License Agreement (“EULA”) carefully. ChiAha, Inc. (“ChiAha”), is a Tennessee corporation with its principal place of business at 11826 Kingston Pike, Suite 230, Farragut, Tennessee 37934. ChiAha is the creator of software that provides insights into factory flow. This EULA applies to Your use of the ChiAha software and its associated upgrades, patches, and updates (collectively “Application”) and related services (the “Services”).

This EULA sets out the basis on which ChiAha makes the Application and Services available to you (“You”) and on which You may use them. By installing or using the Application, You agree to accept and to be bound by this EULA at all times. If You do not agree with one of these, You may not install or use the Application.

ChiAha reserves the right to change, modify, add or delete articles in this EULA at any time, in accordance with the procedures described below.
